Hello! I’m Sally, and I’m a documentary wedding photographer covering London and beyond.

Photographing weddings for a job is pretty special. I get a front row seat throughout one of the most exciting days of someone's life. I love being able to tell the story of a wedding from my perspective; the big things, the embraces, the quiet moments, and everything in between.

I take a lot of inspiration from film and fashion and originally trained in theatre. I'm also a bit of a romantic (aren't we all?) and a sucker for any Richard Curtis film so this really is THE dream job.

I’ve dotted about London for the last nine years, starting off in East London before moving North to Highgate where I currently live. I love getting out of the city and exploring new places, so whether you’re planning a ceremony by the sea, a party at a pub or countryside knees up, I’d love to hear from you.

About me

  • I will cross the road to stroke a cat.

  • Pinterest is my love language.

  • I love a good podcast! Off Menu, Adam Buxton and Parenting Hell are my current favourites.

  • I would eat pasta every day if life had no consequences.

  • I love music and occasionally have a little tinkle on the piano.

Favourite photographers

Tom Craig  - I only discovered him recently, everything he does is perfection!

Vivian Meir - the OG documentary photographer. She took over 100,000 photographs, but they were unknown and unpublished in her lifetime. They came to light in 2007 at a local auction house.

Helen Murray - my two loves, theatre + photography, Helen does it so well.
